Prottoyon.gov.bd ("আমরা" "আমাদের" বা "আমাদের") সিস্টেমে ব্যবহৃত ডেটার গোপনীয়তার রূপরেখা প্রদান করে। আপনি যখন অনলাইন সার্টিফিকেট সিস্টেম প্রত্যয়ন ("পরিষেবা") ব্যবহার করেন তখন ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সংগ্রহ, ব্যবহার এবং সুরক্ষা সম্পর্কিত বিষয়গুলো ব্যাখ্যা করা হয়। আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করতে এবং আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য সুরক্ষিত রাখতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ।

লেনদেনের তথ্য: প্রত্যয়ন পরিষেবার মাধ্যমে আপনার করা লেনদেনের সাথে সম্পর্কিত ডেটা সংগ্রহ করা হয়ে থাকে, প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে অর্থপ্রদানের তথ্য সহ। অর্থপ্রদান সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সরাসরি তৃতীয় পক্ষের পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে পরিষেবাগুলিতে পাঠানো হয় এবং প্রত্যয়ন সিস্টেমে তা সংরক্ষিত হয় না।
লগ ডেটা: সাইবার নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করতে এবং অন্যান্য প্রয়োজনে পরিষেবার ব্যবহার সম্পর্কিত তথ্য স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে সংগ্রহ করা হয় যেমন আইপি এড্রেস, ব্রাউজারের ধরন এবং অপারেটিং সিস্টেম ইত্যাদি।
কুকিজ ও অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তি: প্রত্যয়ন পরিষেবার সাথে আপনার যোগাযোগ সম্পর্কে তথ্য সংগ্রহ করতে কুকিজ এবং অনুরূপ প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করা হয়। আপনি আপনার ব্রাউজার সেটিংসের মাধ্যমে আপনার কুকি পছন্দগুলি পরিচালনা করতে পারেন।

প্রত্যয়নে কিভাবে তথ্য ব্যবহৃত হয়ে থাকে:

সার্টিফিকেট ইস্যু করা: প্রত্যয়ন সিস্টেমে আবেদনের প্রেক্ষিতে প্রোফাইলের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ব্যবহার করে প্রযুক্তির সহায়তায় সার্টিফিকেট তৈরি এবং বিতরণ করা হয়ে থাকে।
পরিষেবা উন্নয়ন: প্রত্যয়ন পরিষেবার কার্যকারিতা এবং ব্যবহারকারীর অভিজ্ঞতা উন্নয়নের জন্য ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণের বিশ্লেষণসহ একত্রিত ডেটা ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।
গ্রাহক সহায়তা: প্রত্যয়ন গ্রাহক সহায়তা প্রদান এবং অনুসন্ধান বা অনুরোধের প্রতিক্রিয়ায় আপনার তথ্য ব্যবহার করতে পারে।
আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা: সরকার নির্ধারিত আইনি বাধ্যবাধকতা মেনে চলতে এবং প্রত্যয়ন পরিষেবার শর্তাবলী প্রয়োগ করতে আপনার ডেটা ব্যবহার করা হতে পারে।

আপনার তথ্য শেয়ারিং:

পরিষেবা প্রদানকারী: প্রত্যয়ন পরিষেবা প্রদান এবং রক্ষণাবেক্ষণে আমাদের সহায়তা করার জন্য তৃতীয় পক্ষের পরিষেবা প্রদানকারীদের নিযুক্ত করা হতে পারে (যেমন: তথ্য যাচাই ও অন্যান্য)। শুধুমাত্র সিস্টেম থেকে সিস্টেমে নির্দিষ্ট উদ্দেশ্যে সুরক্ষিতভাবে ডেটা শেয়ার হয়।
আইনি প্রয়োজনীয়তা: বাংলাদেশ সরকারের আইনের প্রতি আনুগত্য প্রদর্শনে বা আদালতের আদেশ বা সাবপোনাসের মতো বৈধ আইনি অনুরোধের প্রতিক্রিয়ায় প্রত্যয়ন আপনার তথ্য যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট প্রকাশ করতে পারে।

নিরাপত্তা:

আধুনিক ও হালনাগাদকৃত নিরাপত্তা সম্মতি অনুসরণ করে প্রত্যয়ন সিস্টেম ব্যবহারকারীর ডেটা জাতীয় ডেটা সেন্টারে সংরক্ষিত হয়। এছাড়াও প্রত্যয়ন সিস্টেমে অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস বা তথ্য প্রকাশ থেকে আপনার ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য রক্ষা করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হয়েছে। তবে কোনো অনলাইন প্ল্যাটফর্ম পরম নিরাপত্তার নিশ্চয়তা দিতে পারে না এবং ব্যবহারকারীদের সর্বজনীনভাবে অ্যাক্সেসযোগ্য কম্পিউটার ও ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারসহ নিজের তথ্য সুরক্ষায় সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করা উচিত।

অপ্ট-আউট: আপনি প্রত্যয়নের পাঠানো ইমেলগুলিতে সদস্যতা ত্যাগ করার নির্দেশনা অনুসরণ করে আমাদের থেকে প্রচারমূলক যোগাযোগ থেকে বিরত থাকতে পারেন।

এই নীতির পরিবর্তন:

অনুশীলন বা আইনি প্রয়োজন ও পরিবর্তন প্রতিফলিত করতে সময়ে সময়ে এই গোপনীয়তা নীতি আপডেট করা হতে পারে। যেকোনো পরিবর্তন এই পৃষ্ঠায় পোস্ট করা হবে এবং সর্বশেষ সংশোধনের তারিখ সেই অনুযায়ী আপডেট করা হবে।
